Its always impossible to name everyone to thank as there are now so many wonderful helpers who contribute in many different ways. Several Friends donate hay that is so vital to our work now that we have more animals to look after and the wet autumn indicates that we will still need more hay. Gerry Kane for the super doll which easily raises £54 on Open Days & your other support. Linda Reader for fashion Show fund raising. The girls at Moira House School. Heather, Hillary, Debbie, Louise, Jessica who help with the training, mucking out and feeding. Buckmaster and Little Mill Bakeries, John at Windmill Feeds and Toby and family at Hope Cottage Farm Shop who donate a lovely fruit basket for the raffle as well as feedstuffs. Mr & Mrs Castle at Sunnyrise Nursery in Battle who help tremendously with our recycling of bricabrac to raise funds & run raffles for us. To everyone who sends or brings bricabrac or raffle or tombola prizes to help our fund raising; we always need these! All those who have a collection box in their care as these form an essential part of the Charity income and to Rita for managing several boxes when needing to be emptied. To Linda (our Postman Pat) who tours around the Southeast also managing boxes, flying the flag & collecting donated rugs and tack then even washes up when she gets here!
